At Vista, Earth Centre, the challenge was simple to state and complex to solve — a corporate campus where the building footprint left little room, yet the brief demanded generous, meaningful green space. A lush forest plaza announces the entrance, while vertical greenery climbs each balcony, giving the facade a living, breathing quality. Drop zones, water features, and native planting are woven together with precision, balancing heavy service requirements against ecological sensitivity. The result: over 50% green coverage across the campus — achieved through creative edge conditions and smart planting choices that worked well without compromising the environment.
