Town House

A rectangular plot with natural ground variations became the starting point for something far more considered. At Townhouse, Vadodara, the three blocks were elevated in relation to one another — creating depth at the entrance and allowing subtle slopes to handle drainage while scrolling greenery softens every level. A raised deck makes the most of a compact footprint, giving residents a versatile space to gather and unwind. Pedestrian and vehicular zones are kept entirely separate, and strategic planting wraps ground-floor homes in a quiet layer of privacy. What could have been ordinary was, with careful thinking, made genuinely liveable.
