We transformed a rectangular plot with natural variations in the ground into a thoughtfully designed space that feels dynamic and inviting. By suggesting the elevation of the three blocks in relation to one another, we were able to create depth and visual interest at the entrance. The varying levels also allowed us to introduce subtle slopes for seamless water drainage and scrolling greenery, making the landscape functional and beautiful.

We added a raised deck, creating an engaging space despite the compact area, ensuring residents have a versatile place to gather and relax. Pedestrian walkways are kept entirely separate from vehicular zones, enhancing safety and flow throughout the development. Additionally, strategic planting has been implemented to offer privacy to ground-floor residents, creating a serene living environment that feels both protected and connected to nature.
