KIARA

KIARA stands as Vadodara's tallest structure — yet its most defining quality is not its height, but its restraint. By eliminating basement parking in favour of ground-level solutions, the existing tree canopy was preserved almost entirely, letting the tower rise without uprooting the landscape beneath it. An elevated infinity pool and kids'; pool sit gracefully within the greenery, offering a sense of calm that belies the scale of the building. A wraparound deck frames panoramic views of the canopy below. At KIARA, luxury and nature are not in tension — they are, quite deliberately, the same thing.
