Alembic City

Alembic City in Vadodara was a master planning and visioning exercise at its most layered. Before a single line was drawn, Lanarch studied the site in depth — mapping natural gradients, identifying existing tree zones, and understanding the historical built forms that gave the campus its identity. From this analysis, a mixed land-use vision emerged that respected what already existed while making deliberate space for what was to come. The outcome was an Incremental Development Plan — a phased framework that grows the campus organically, preserving its natural and cultural character at every stage while opening the door to a diverse, future-ready community.
