His expertise spans project conceptualisation, strategic planning, due diligence, financial and commercial viability assessment, project structuring, bid advisory, and transaction management.
Over the course of his career, he has advised governments, multilateral agencies, and private sector clients on transformative initiatives including Asset Monetisation, Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), Land Value Capture (LVC), Smart Cities, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). His work extends beyond India, with successful execution of marquee projects across China, Indonesia, the Philippines, Australia, and Africa, bringing a global perspective to complex urban development and infrastructure challenges.
